Karsearin: Adventures of a Red Dragon[]

Season 1[]

Arin rubbed his arms and groaned that oww, his arms... ...if only he'd woken up a little earlier, he wouldn't have been late... A boy slowly approached him, who was freeing him trembling arms and said hey, Arin. Arin said he... is his roommate... The boy said he doesn't tink he has introduced himself yet, he's Seton, Seton Sarasnein. He grinned and asked to Arin that his arms were okay. Arin responded firmly to his concerns that no, it hurt so much. He said h-how honest of him. He said sorry for leaving first without waking Arin up this morning, he didn't do it on purpose... he's mad at him, since they're roommates, he hoped they can get along. Arin thought get along... ...like the humans he saw before. Arin said yes, let's do that, thanked for being so caring. He said y-yeah, that's great-- Arin suddenly rushed towards him and wrapped his slender arms around his body. Arin blushed and said he guessed they're be sleeping in the same room from now on, he's looking foward to rooming together, him. His body was frozen. All the knight candidates gathered in the training ground were shocked and murmured among themselves that what's up with those two, they're having date night in the training hall, what, that does mean he's into... he get that the redhead is cute, he isn't a guy. He thought oh, god... ...his roommate is a total weirdo... [2]

Arin's sword was cracked. Arin's face turned pale. He suggested that easy there, Arin, he'll buy him a new sword. Ludwig laughed and shouted that haha, leave Arin be, him. He looked back and shouted father, how he could be so insensitive... A servant came to Ludwig and said his Lord, he brought what he asked for. Ludwig said to the servant that aha, well done, he may leave. Ludwig smiled and said Arin, he's sorry for breaking his sword, he may make up for it with this. Ludwig was carrying a long bundle wrapped around something. Arin unwrapped the bundle and asked what it's. Arin was surprised to saw something. Ludwig said it's called Swift Steel. Arin held a sword about 4ft (1.2 meters) long. Ludwig said apparently, the sword came from the east, but he doesn't know the details, he stumbled upon it in his youth, but he stored it away since he had no use for it. He was puzzled and asked no use, why not, it looked like a pretty fancy sword... Ludwig sighed and answered the shape of the sword is too different, it doesn't match the swordsmanship of the central continent. He asked then the sword would be useless for Arin too... Ludwig laughed and answered not exactly, Arin will know when he tries the sword. Meanwhile, Arin looked at the sword with wide eyes. The sword sheath was elegant and finished with gold leaf, and the handle was also inlaid with jewels. Arin sparkled his eyes and thought this looked more like a warrior's sword. Ludwig watched Arin continue to stare at the sword, smiled and said he seemed happy enough, he should try swinging it, and he'll see what he meant. He thought Arin was crying his eyes out a moment ago... After holding the sword, Arin took it out of its scabbard and said it's not a rapier though, this sword looked way too heavy to swing... The blade was engraved with a beautiful pattern. Arin was surprised and said ...huh. Arin tried swordsmanship. He was surprised too and shouted Arin, how can he wield the sword so easily, it isn't heavy. Arin answered not at all, the sword is even lighter than the rapier he used... ...it does weigh much less than it looked, no... it felt like... ...he has became stronger. Ludwig said correct, the sword has a spell to increase Arin's physical strength. He looked back at Ludwig in surprise and shouted he's saying... ...the sword is an Enchanted Sword, he's sure Arin can swing that around like this. Ludwig nodded and said hmm, the sword is dangerous, he must say, an Enchanted Sword allowed its user to perform the spell engraved on the blade using their mana, the only catch is that ten times more mana is required to wield the magic... than to cast the spell, mana is a vital force that sustained life, unless a person is a mage or a Sword Master, an Enchanted Sword depleted the mana of ordinary individuals, leading to premature death. Impressed by Ludwig's explanation, he exclaimed the sword is too dangerous for Arin. Ludwig said he should calm down, kiddo. Ludwig asked he does really thought he didn't consider the risk. He answered yes. Ludwig shouted he should have some faith in him, will him, this is how he raised him. Ludwig said at first glance, this sword looked like an Enchanted Sword, but it required no more mana than casting a spell, it is a Mystic Sword. He shouted huh, the sword is that a good thing. Ludwig said of course the sword is, Mystic Swords are covented by many, the five Magic Swords that have left their marks in history... ...the five great Magic Swords of the continent, are also Mystic Swords. He was surprised and shouted then this sword is... ...as powerful as one of those legendary swords. Ludwig said obviously not, if it was, he'd has kept the sword for himself. He looked embarrassed and thought that's true... father is as cheap as ever... Ludwig said the sword's only been cast with a spell to Enhance Physical Strength anyway. Arin swung the sword. Ludwig said he bet a dragon made it to kill time... since only dragons can craft Mystic Swords. He said hey Arin, let him try holding that sword, it looked pretty neat... At that time, Ludwig hurriedly stopped him that no, the sword will be a disaster if he does. He said what, why, father said it's fine since the sword is not an Enchanted Sword. Ludwig shouted sure, the sword is better than an Enchanted Sword, but only because it absorbs less mana... Mystic Swords still continually deplete his mana. He shouted then the sword is dangerous. Ludwig smiled and said Arin will be fine, he's overflowing with enough mana to use Spirit Magic, he'll wear out before the sword absorbs his mana to a dangerous degree. He said he supposed... that's true, the sword truly is... ...the perfect weapon for Arin right now. Arin wore the sword he had been given as a gift around his waist. Ludwig said it's called the Dazzling Dragon Sword, knowing the name may come in hardy later, the gems are purely ornamental and unrelated to magic, so Arin can sell them if he ever find himself in a pinch. Arin smiled and thanked Ludwig that thanked him, Mister. Arin shouted him, come give him a hand with his technique. He said sure, sure. Ludwig looked at Arin. Ludwig thought ...incredible, even now, he can sense a great amount of mana emitting from Arin, just how much mana he does possessed, his mana is comparable to his, and he's a Sword Master, with the proper training, he may have the potential to become the strongest Sword Master of all time, the problem is... Arin took up his sword and shouted here he came, him. He and Arin clashed swords and he shouted ha. Arin swung his blade over his head and shouted he should take that. He said Arin, he should stop charging like a bull in a china shop and apply what he learned, he can read his moves like a book. Ludwig thought Arin have no talent for swordsmanship, he has no idea how he can train him, he's sticking to the basics... ...but considering the time he spent learning at the academy, he's awful, his potential as an Elementalist is quite something... ...but there's a limit to training him as a Swordsman, what a shame... ...why he should be bothered... ...effort alone can't make Spirit Magic more powerful anyway... he'll learn as he grew, until, then, it's best that he gave it his all. Ludwig asked Arin, if he doesn't mind, he can help him train with that sword. Arin shouted yes, by all meant. [3]

Before they knew it, it was time for them to return to Shihad Academy. Ludwig stood in front of the two men in front of the carriage. Arin asked huh, they shouldn't be traveling back on foot since they're on a knight-errantry. He was angry and shouted Arin don't even joke about it. Ludwig gave them some words of encouragement that he heard the Shihad Fighting Tournament is ten days, they'll arrive in the nick of time if they take a carriage, the guards will accompany them so they won't be late, the tournament will be a good experience for them, he should consider it an opportunity to hone their skills. Ludwig laughed and said he doesn't be too dissappointed if he lose in the first round. He shouted wait a second, father. He stopped listening to the story seriously and made a face that why father is so sure they'll lose in the first round. Ludwig sad because his skills are barely enough to pass the first round, wait, maybe not for Arin, he may make it quite far by using his spirit magic. He asked he does... not have a chance. Ludwig spoke firmly that it's zero. His expression turned sulky and shouted how father can be so sure. Ludwig said because he's a Sword Master. He said wow, father is really putting his foot down on this... ...how could he be so mean to his son, he's hurt. Ludwig smiled and said it's because he's his son, oh, Arin, he should do his best, and he's sure he'll do well. Arin smiled and asked to Ludwig that he think so, what he should do and how. Ludwig smiled and said Arin don't use his sword, just he should let his spirits do the work. Now Arin's expression has become sulky and said but he's an aspiring swordsman... Ludwig saw the two off, laughing heartily that now, they should go on or they'll be late, have a safe trip, and they don't be so lazy, they hear. The carriage ran along the official road, escorted by count's private soldiers. Ludwig thought good luck, him, the reason he was so discouraging was so he could learn to be humble, however, he does know how talented he's, he has a fair chance at victory. Arin suddenly sneezed achoo. He asked what's up, Arin did catch a cold. Arin wiped his nose and answered nope, it's just a sneeze. He asked maybe Arin is coming down with something after the stress of the mission. He checked the bracket and said hmm, this year has quite a lot of participants too, it seemed they've been divided into eight groups for the preliminary round. He asked Arin, he did check his bracket, which group he's in. Arin checked the bracket and answered he's in... Group 1, what about him. He said Group 7, looked like they won't have to fight each other in the preliminaries, good luck, he'll cheer Arin on. Arin took his Dazzling Dragon Sword out of its scabbard and said thanked, which this sword, he can win using his swordsmanship. He said uh... right, Arin got this. He smiled bitterly haha and thought he bet Arin can make it to the finals... ...if he used spirit magic instead of the sword. He said Arin should come on, let's go prepare to fight. [4]

Aria's bloody hand emerged from behind the king's back. The entire arena, which seemed about to burst into cheers, suddenly fell into silence. Arin and he watched it frozen. He assessed the situation that his god... ...what's happening. Arin muttered oh no... Arin asked worriedly that ...what if she ended up getting killed. He was surprised and shouted what. He turned to Arin and shouted in a scary voice that how could Arin worried about her when his Majesty passed away, what the hell was wrong with him. Arin tilted his head as he watched he lose his temper and asked uh, what, and he thought why's he so angry. He shouted in any case, Arin should run. Arin asked huh, what about him. He started running and shouted he's going to fight, he knew it won't change much, but now was the time to fight. Someone shouted wait for him. He and Arin ran. [5]

Season 2[]

In the dark, long stairs Arin shouted towards the low part that he, Aria, Yuna, where they're. In the room, someone asked the Gaianes Empire. He answered to Yuna that that's right, his father got lucky in the empire and awakened his Sword Aura, he's planning to find the Sword Master who taught his father back then... and learn swordsmanship from them. His voice became firm and said if he doesn't awaken his Sword Aura, he'll only bring disgrace to his father's name. Aria appeared over his back and spoke coldly that he seemed confident that he'll become a Sword Master. He was surprised. Aria asked again coldly that he'll become a Sword Master and exact revenge on Sir Pluto. He continued that ...he knew he doesn't stand a chance. He recalled the days when he traveled with Arin and said still... A faint smile appeared on his lips and he said ...it's fine, he has a mercenary he can depend on by his side. Someone's questionable voice was heard that speaking of which... ...where's Arin... Someone said gosh, he's sleepy... During the meal, he forced his bleary eyes open and shouted what Arin was doing in the basement, they were looking for him all night. Pete arrived at the restaurant, looked at him who's eating bread, and spoke to him that there he's. Pete asked he heard from Yuna that he was headed to the empire, pardon him for asking, but he has thought of a way to get there. Pete unfolded the map and said due to Karsel and Arasnan's assault on the others, the Six Nations Alliance of Heid was in utter chaos save for Sarbazan, the path to the empire from here was pretty much blocked. His expression became gloomy and asked that's right. Pete, watching him pondering, said on that note... Pete made a suggestion that ...why he doesn't come with them, and at his words he looked at him with a puzzled expression. Pete smiled and said after discussing the matter yesterday, the order has decided... to meet the emperor, who already has two seals, and put forward their suggestion about the looming crisis, as the person who gave them this information, he'd like him to testify for them, him. Someone asked traveling with the order, he'll be able to go to the empire, he would be willing to join them, and Aria and Yuna also looked at him with puzzled expressions. He was troubled and thought ...the Six Nations Alliance of Heid and the Gaianes Empire were officially enemies, however, the temple ecerted authority on both the empire and the alliance alike. He thought in other words... ...this was a golden opportunity for them to travel safely within the empire. He stood up, banging his hand on the table and said he should be the one thanking Pete. He readily agreed that please allow them to join Pete. Pete smiled and said thanked him. Someone said they'll be departing in a week, in the meantime, please get some rest at the temple, he'll inform the others so he and his party can make themselves comfortable here. [6]

The carriage runned by. In a carriage, he held a sword and surprised and asked Arin that he was really giving this to him. He shouted this was Blairs Taina, a legendary magic sword. Arin answered yeah, he liked his current sword, it's more convenient, he just can't get used to the new one. He shouted how in the world he did get his hands on this sword anyway. Arin said he found it in the lower levels of the temple. He freezed. He thought wait, that doesn't mean it belonged to the temple, he should give it back, but this was a legendary sword, covered by all the swordsmen in the world, it isn't it fine since Arin found it, it's not like the sword was locked away, plus, they've been traveling with the people from the temple for days, it isn't a bit awkward to return it now... At this time, Pete opened the carriage's door and smiled and said hi, everyone. He surprised and shouted eep. Pete said let's take a break, the journey was long and the horses need to rest. In the forest, Arin stretched and said traveling was definitely easier with more people, but it's so boring. He thought he couldn't return it in the end. The biggest reason, why Yuna decided to accompany Arin's party, wasn't to protect Arin's secret, or because she cared about him as a friend, it was all for the knowledge that only existed in legends, which no human possesses, the ancient wisdom that only great dragons know of, the dragons' ancient magic, the legendary ancient magic that all mages can only dream of, she belived that befriending a dragon might just help her learn that magic, in reality, however. [7]

He asked to Charlene that she was saying that the Queen of Sorcery at the royal palace, was actually a fake. Charlene said that's right, after that, the fake chased her out of the palace, when she tried to return, she was mistaken for a spy and locked away in prison, she barely managed to escape and ended up being chased all the way out here. Charlene's complexion gradually hardened as she continued to observe Aria. He, conscious of her gaze, asked Charlene. As Charlene spoke carefully to him, her goodness, who, who created such a thing. He asked with a surprised and serious expression that Charlene, she can tell that Aria was a chimera. Charlene said to Pete that she can tell because physique and power has transcended that universal law, the previous Queen of Sorcery tried to study the Vessel of the Soul, having inherited some of her knowledge, she can also tell what he's. Aria walked up to Charlene with a different look in her eyes, looked down at her in fear, and began to open her mouth that she'd like to hear the details... ...of what she said just now, the part about the Vessel of the Soul in particular. Charlene said to Aria that she does... wish to become a human again, it's not like she knew a lot about the subject, the Vessel of the Soul was a secret ancient art used to create a new physical body, the previous Queen of Sorcery studied the Vessel of the Soul by using the secret art on herself, but she never ended up succeding... Charlene said however... ...after that... ...the previous Queen of Sorcery got her human body back and remained human for the rest of her life. Charlene said to Aria that the previous Queen of Sorcery's research on the Vessel of the Soul may have been unsuccessful, but she did know how to turn herself back into a human, she doesn't know how she did it, but she's sure there were remaining records somewhere in the royal palace... but with the situation she's in now, she can't help her, she's sorry. Charlene bowed. Arin said well, that's easy, if Charlene can return home, that meant Aria can also return to being her original self, in that case, let's help her. Everyone was surprised and shouted whaaat. [8]

Charlene wore an old cloak and shoes and said she can't thank them enough, they've helped her a lot, but she hasn't been able to do anything in return. Charlene bowed her head and said she'll make sure to compensate them well once she get her powers back. Pete said everyone, they will really traveling to the Southern palace, it would be better to reach the Imperial Capital as soon as possible, they don't have enough to intervene in such matters... He said that's true... but it's not like they can ignore Charlene's predicament. Yuna said if Charlene is indeed the Southern Empire's Queen of Sorcery, then they have nothing to lose by helping her, but most importantly... ...Aria wanted to accompany her, that left them with no choice. Night watch. Accommodations through various spells. Food acquisition. Pete cleared his throat and said came to thought of it, if Charlene regains her status as the Queen of Sorcery, they'll be able to get to the Imperial City more easily, though it seemed like a detour, it's actually a shortcut... Arin pointed to Pete and asked to him that's what he call wishy-washy. [9]

Arin saw Charlene and Yuna and said how boring, he can't even understand what they're talking about. He said he heared him... they can't even join in. He saw something and said look, a village. He said he can't believe how relieved they were... even though the six of them have to share a room since the rest were occupied. Yuna said that's because they've been sleeping out in the open for more than two weeks. Aria said first things first... ...take off their clothes, everyone. He was surprised. [10]

Aria, wearing an apron, did the laundry and raised the sword and slowly began to iron the clothes. Pete thought he would faint if he saw this... Aria asked by the way, where he and Yuna were. Arin answered oh, he, the two of them went to go spend money. He said hmm... he can't believe no one was interested in these gems... There were the gems that were attached to the Dazzling Dragon Sword in his hands. At the general store, he asked not even the general store is willing to buy them, huh. Yuna answered of course not, he can't expect people in a small village to buy jewels, he obviously have no idea how the world works, let's buy horses when they get to a bigger village, until then, they'll have to travel by foot. He said ugh... A gracious-looking lady at the general store took care of the items and said here were all the items she asked for. Yuna smiled brightly and answered her, thanked her. The lady at the general store asked oh, they both looked so young, they're traveling together. Yuna answered pardon. The lady at the general store smiled and continued spoke that she meant, they two look so good together, she was wondering if they were eloping. He blushed at the reaction of the lady who smiled brightly, and he shouted a-absolutely not. On the other hand, Yuna was looking at him with a playful expression and asked why he does say that, the idea is of eloping with her upsetting to him. He answered o-of course not, he was just taken aback. He said wait... Yuna was perhaps enjoying seeing her all flustered like this. Yuna said ahaha, of course not. [10]

After leaving the rural village in the Southern Region of the Gaianes Empire, Arin and his party met bandits at the Mount Madain pass leading to the central region of Southern Gaianes. Suddenly, rugged men appeared on both sides of the mountain path and started yelled hehehe, they'll have to get through them first if they want to pass, they should give them everything they have and they'll spare their lives. Someone said they did take a crash course on how to be a bandit. Another person said ...their appearance and speech... were the textbook example of bandits. Arin said oh, that's what they were, bandits, he read about them in a book, they look like orangutans in real life. Yuna said well, they might have a similar level of intelligence. The bandits were angry and shouted what, why they... ...they little rats don't know what's coming for ya. Charlene was surprised and shouted e-everyone, they should watch out. Aria's great sword cut through the wind and created a trail in the air. The bandits were hit squarely on the side of the sword and screamed. Charlene said huh. The bandits shouted eek... ...a monster... The bandits lost their minds and began to run away and shouted ...spare them, crap, this is bad, they should run for their lives, everyone. He said oh, how come Aria let them get away without shedding a single drop of blood. Pete said Aria did go easy on them because they're humans, that's a first... Yuna said thanked, Aria. At this time, Yuna was surprised and said huh, Aria... ...she's bleeding... Red blood trickled down Aria's skin from her nose. Aria wiped her nosebleed with her hand and thought oh no... ...perhaps she shouldn't have resisted. Aria said she's fine, let's go, they should find a place to sleep before sunset. Beyond the hill, they saw an old two-story wooden building that was falling apart. He said they're in luck, to think they'd come across an abandoned house here. Yuna said she knew, right, she was afraid they might have to camp out again. Suddenly, something took off inside the room, and a scream rang out along with the sound of flapping wings echoing in all directions. Charlene clung to his arm and trembled and shouted eek. He said Charlene d-don't worry, it's just a bat. Charlene said that's what a bat is, she has never seen one before, she's sorry, she had a scare... He said haha, it's all good. Yuna frowned as she watched it. Yuna said goodness, Charlene must've led a sheltered life if this is her first time seeing a bat. Arin said it's okay, Charlene's a Queen, right, Queens lead the most sheltered lives among humans. Charlene said she's sorry... There was a decaying wooden sign on the floor. There was also an inscription written in the continent's official language: INN. Someone said it looked like this place used to be an inn, how come it's abandoned now. Pete said what if... it was all because of the bandits earlier. He thought those lousy punks. Pete said they were far more notorious than they should've ben, there might be a much stronger gang of bandits out there, well, either way, they can rest easy as long as Aria is here. He said true... Smoke rose from the chimney. Pete stirred the pot and he scooped up the water. Arin said food. Charlene asked e-excuse her, there's anything she can do to help out. A sour retort flowed from Yuna's mouth that uh... ...she should follow him and wash the dishes. Charlene responded with a determined expression and a solemn voice that yes, Yuna should leave it to her, she has never washed the dishes before, but she'll give it her all. Yuna said Charlene don't have to give her all just to wash the dishes. In a shallow stream with clear water flowing, he asked so, Charlene have never washed the dishes before. Charlene answered no... He said he supposed Charlene have never had to roll up her sleeves, being a Queen and all. After hesitating, Charlene answered politely that oh, she has rolled up her sleeves before, when she washed her face. He said that's... not what he meant. Charlene said ever since she left the palace, she even washed herself. He was surprised and said wait, so Charlene literally never rolled up her sleeves at the palace. Charlene asked by the way, when they ran into the bandits earlier... he would say Aria was acting strangely during the fight, she thought she fought them off normally, but everyone seemed shocked... He answered it's because Aria's battles always end in bloodshed, she's been attacking humans like they were monsters, never holding herself back, so the fact that she did today was strange... Charlene thought about something and muttered quietly that ...Aria stopped killing humans all of a sudden. Someone thought come to think of it, Aria started bleeding even though she wasn't injured, that does have something to do with it. It was then. Suddenly, he lowered his head and gave a fierce look and said Charlene, she should get behind him. Charlene asked pardon. Charlene was surprised. Ten rugged men walked out. The biggest one among them, a man in his 30s, asked to the other that he's saying that small fry beat him up, how pathetic. The scraggly-haired man standing next to the brute, shouted he has got it wrong, Boss, that's not the monster who beat them to a plup. The Boss said to him that geez... what a convenient excuse, kid, if he doesn't want to get hurt... ...he should let them to the rest of his group. He said no, he has no reason to listen to a mere bandit. The Boss said to him that a mere bandit, he got a smart mouth, brat. The Boss took out his sword as if he was dumbfounded. A frightened Charlene cowered and said, S-Seton... He said Charlene don't worry, he will not lose. He thought despite his reassurance, the Boss is no easy foe, he's definitely much better than the bandits they met earlier, but he, too, was growing stronger, he thought he can win. He took a fighting stance, holding his sword tightly. The Boss roared to him that they should get him. [11]

A bandit shouted kugh. The bandit's chest was split open. Another bandit shouted to him that he bastard. The afterimage of the sword wandered frantically among the bandits. Dark red blood was sprinkled on the ground. A deathly scream rang out. Some bandit shouted whoa, that kid... ...he's tougher than he thought. He thought the flow of air, the surrounding matter... he can feel the presence of everything around him, when he did get so strong. The boss said to him that he fools... The boss shouted to the bandits that they should get the girl. Charlene was surprised. The boss shouted he won't be able to fight back if they take her hostage. He was surprised and thought oh, no, he moved too far away from Charlene. He shouted that Charlene. Two bandits approached Charlene. A bandit who approached Charlene was hit in the leg by a flying sword and fell. The bandit shouted that agh, h-his leg. Charlene was surprised. He said oops... ...he didn't meant to throw his sword. The boss shouted to the bandits that that this is their chance, they should beat him to a plup. He thought he still has one more sword left, but... ...it's okay for him to use it when he hasn't perfected his Sword Aura yet, whatever, he has no other choice, if he take them on barhanded, he'll die. He immediately grabbed the sword hilt of Blairs Taina and pulled it out. The sight before his eyes turned red, and a explosive flame spread red drapes in all directions. The explosive flame created a huge whirlwind and covered the remaining bandits. He opened his mouth in shock while holding Blairs Taina and thought cough, it's so powerful... even though all he did was swing it. Charlene said it could be... ...the legendary magic sword... ...Blairs Taina. Pete asked speaking of, where's him... A rustle in one of the bushes brought his voice that they all were fighting too, huh. They shouted him. He came carrying a blonde girl named Charlene. Pete asked Charlene is hurt. He answered no, Charlene passed out after seeing a dead body. Someone asked why, the corpse did beat Charlene. Yuna grumbled. Someone said of course not, Arin. Now, in the front yard of the inn, the gruesome corpses of dead bandits were rolling around, giving off a pungent smell. He said oh, all that action got him starving, let's hurry and eat dinner. Arin shouted great idea. [12]

He said this was embarrassing... ...what were they supposed to talk about. Yuna asked what were his plans, him. He asked Yuna was asking about his next steps, or his long-term goals. Yuna said well... both. He said hmm... to begin, the reason he came to the empire... ...was to find his father's mentor... and become a Sword Master. Yuna asked he'll exact revenge against the Black Knight, after all, so he can avenge his father. He answered he has given it a lot of thought... and he has come to the conclusion that his father and Sir Pluto probably had a fair match, the Black Knight doesn't seem like the type to take his opponent by surprise, so, it wouldn't be chivalric of him to take revenge against a man who won fair and square. He clenched his fist and said however, he'll still take down the Black Knight... ...and by doing so, he'll prove that their family cannot be defeated so easily... and that he has what it took to continue the House of Sarasnein, as the heir to the most renowned family in Libeid... ...and as the son of the most powerful knight, he must become stronger. Yuna shivered. Yuna thought this was... bloodlust, it's strong enough for even a mage like her to feel it... Yuna sighed and thought ...goodness, him... it looked like he's one step closer to becoming a Sword Master. He said he's talking big right now, but in reality, he can't even go back home... ...since Karsel was occupying his kingdom... Yuna smiled and said oh, come on, why he can't go back, he's afraid the Karsel army will capture him, it's not like he's royal... He said huh, he did not tell Yuna, his mother was the third daughter of the former king, royal blood runned through his veins... so even though he's not a prince, he's still in the line of succession, apparently, she had a hefty dowry, being a princess and all. Yuna was surprised. Yuna thought the line of succession, why he does make it sound like it's no big deal, he's no ordinary noble. He said funny, right, that's why their house was full of all kinds of precious treasures, he has never seen his mother carry jewels of the same color. He blinked and said belatedly wait a second... He thought Pluto said he believe his mother had a round jewel in her safekeeping. He thought he has never seen it in person... but he heard it changed color every day, sound familiar. He said he always thought his mother was carrying a different jewel... but it could be that it was the same jewel changing colors every day, that was what Sir Pluto was looking for. Seton said finally, he saw it... ...the capital city of the southern empire... Idelon. [13]

Season 3[]

Another person opened the door and shouted this is bad. Hyak asked huh, what's all this fuss about. Another person shouted they... ...they have intruders. Aria, with a calm face, cut through the wall with her great sword, and the rest of the group of men and women also came in. In downtown Idelon in the late afternoon, Arin and the others walked through the dark back alleys, guided by Hyak. He secretly asked to Yuna that they can really trust him. Yuna answered he should relax, he's probably checking to see if they have additional party members hiding around, as long as they know they're not suspicious, they won't attack them. Hyak said they're here, the Guild Master is in Room 208 inside this building, he did his part, they're on their own now. It was in front of a fairly large three-story brick house. Arin asked this is the Guild of Thieves. He said it looked like an ordinary inn... he's not tricking them, right. Hyak was angry and shouted to him that what, he was expecting a sign saying Guild of Thieves for everyone to see, he's the ones who broke down the wall of an ordinary home... They went up the stairs, walked a bit, and found a room with a sign saying Room 208. He took the initiative to open the door and was astonished. Inside a small square room. It was an ordinary-looking room with a single wooden table. This was because a young man was sitting at the table and showing the back of his head. He looked back and said Hyak told him about their company, they may come in. He was surprised and thought an elf, the leader of the thieves is an elf. Yuna asked Elyne... ...what he's doing here. He thought Yuna... seemed shaken, she does know him. Elyne said haha, what a strange twist of fate, who knew he'd get to see Yuna here in the empire so far from home, it's been so long, his daughter. Yuna silently sent a look of hatred towards Elyne. Arin shouted that elf is her dad, Yuna, that does mean she's an elf too. He was angry and said of course not. Yuna clenched her hand and said she was an orphan... and he took her in just to boss her around, she has never had a depraved elf like him as a father. Elyne said depraved, all he did was burn a few trees, they're the ones who went overboard, banishing him from the forest like they did, let him formally introduce himself, his name is Elyne Kanus... Elyne said with a big smile that ...also known as Elkryl the Gale back when he used to be a mercenary, as they can see, he's an elf, presently serving as the leader of Idelon's Guild of Thieves, they all seem to be friends of his dear Yuna... At that moment, Yuna's sharp voice echoed throughout the room. Yuna was angry and shouted shut up, Elyne don't dare say her name. Elyne said how harsh... after all the love and care he gave Yuna when she was an orphan with nowhere to go. Elyne smiled sinisterly, not like an elf and said he really did care for Yuna... ...as a pet, that is. Finally he exploded, pulled out his sword and pointed it at Elyne and said that's enough, he can't tell Yuna's upset. Elyne said to him that he's fast... ...this is the sword style of the House of Sarasnein, he should know, he lived there once. His excited voice breaking out and shouted to Elyne that he should stop bragging and apologize to Yuna. At that moment, Elyne's a hand moved to his waist and said what a feisty young man... With a sharp metallic sound, Elyne's Estoc was pulled out and pushed against his Bastard Sword. Elyne said to him that ...drawing his sword so recklessly. Elyne said to him that he seemed quite sure of his skills... Elyne's Estoc cut off some of his hair. Elyne said to him that ...but it's not be luck that he became the Guild Master, he saw. [14]

He took a quick step. There was a metallic sound again. What rang this time was the faint sound of a sword blade grazing. He broke into a cold sweat as he felt his sword sliding into the air. He stepped back and lowered his posture. Swords crossed once. Yuna blocked his path and rang out in the room with a sharp voice that stop. Yuna continued spoke soothingly that calm down, they're not here to fight. Elyne kept his tone of voice completely sly and said to him that yeah, he don't let his anger get the better of him, he should listen to Yuna. He ground his teeth and shouted ugh... Elyne spoke leisurely to him that as long as the conditions any request, regardless of the client, now he should tell him, what does he want. The atmosphere calmed down somehow and Yuna opened her mouth that all right, let's talk business, their current budget is... Elyne smiled and said Yuna should forget about the money, how could he take payment from his dear daughter, instead, why they don't take a bath together, just like old times, let her daddy scrub every inch of her. He bursted into a rage and shouted to Elyne that he perverted asshole... Yuna said he doesn't let him get to him, Elyne is provoking him on purpose, since he managed to get the better of him once, he wants him to charge at him again so he can show him who's Boss, establishing dominance is important among thieves. Elyne smiled and said oh dear, she read his mind, that's his daughter, he expected no less from her, Yuna. He was angry and shouted to Elyne that he just won't shut up, he'll. Thanked to the cooperation of the Guild of Thieves, Arin and his friends were able to infiltrate the outer bailey by disguising themselves as maids. Their next step was to sneak into the inner bailey and steal the Tanin's Scepter with Brother Pete's help. There had been a slight change of plans, though, because they could only disguise themselves as... ...maids. There were no other open spots left in the castle. Sitting on the terrace, he quietly looked up at the starry night sky. In the past, Yuna said their mission requires at least two members, Charlene can't disguise herself, so why don't Aria and she-- Aria said she's not going anywhere without Arin. He sighed at least Arin can dress up as a woman, but there's nothing he can do, how embarrassing... Yuna appeared and said him... he will be alone with Charlene... while they infiltrate the castle. [15]

There was a hint of playfulness in Yuna's voice. Yuna said ...he must be happy, she meant, Charlene is so pretty. A quiet yet charming voice that was different from usual. He responded in confusion that uh... ...it's true Charlene is beautiful. Yuna said Charlene is the strongest mage in the empire... plus, she's kind and gentle... ...she's a good match for the prince of Libeid. He made a straight face and said Yuna, she... In contrast to the smile on Yuna's lips, she was shaking as if she was about to shed tears at any moment. He said ...it doesn't matter how kind and beautiful the empire's strongest mage may be... or if Yuna have a shameful past she wish to keep hidden... ...none of that matters to him. His hand roughly grabbed Yuna. He blushed and said he... Yuna also blushed. A warm touch touches his lips. Under the bright moonlight, the shadows of the two people overlapped each other, cast a long line between the balconies, and began to slowly tilt. [15]

He swung his sword. He sighed. Charlene asked he's training again, it must be tiring, he should take a break. He answered he felt too restless to do noting, his friends are risking their lives infiltrating the dangerous tower... ...yet all he can do is wait... ...but he's sure... everyone will succeed and come back safety. [16]

Charlene opened her eyes while lying collapsed in the residential area of Idelon. Charlene saw he lying on top of her in pain. Charlene shouted him. He said ugh... ...thank goodness Charlene is awake... Charlene shouted him, wh-what happened. They were in the crevices of rocks and rocks blocking the view on all sides. Charlene shouted they were at the lodging just now... In the past, Charlene looked at the Tower of Razel through the window. Suddenly, a light appeared from the tower and the lodging began to collapse. He said they seemed to have been crushed under debris following the explosion, since they can't move, they should wait for the rescue team to arrive... Charlene shouted but he's seriously injured, she's sorry, it's all because of her... He said it's okay... this is his duty... ...as a knight and as a man... Charlene sobbed. Charlene said he should forgive her... He said ...he should be the one apoligizing... pardon his lack of manners, her Majesty... He grinned. Charlene thought lack of manners... ...far from it... He thought the flash of light, it emerged from the tower. He thought Arin and Yuna. He thought dammit... ...they better be safe. At this point the debris began to vibrate. He shouted i-it's collapsing. Charlene said no, this energy... ...it's magic. Gravity reversed and the debris slowly drifted into thin air. Giant stone sculptures floated into the air. Charlene shouted it's an Antigravity spell, but it's so powerful... ...it could be archmage Gaster. His body rose. Charlene's body also floated into the air. He was surprised. He thought magic on this scale... ...it could be Aria. Someone shouted him. He looked around at one side of the empty space. Arin approached him, bursting into laughter and shouted what a relief. Arin shouted him, he's alive. He asked Arin... [17]

He saw Karstein. He thought he still can't believe it, that guy... ...is Arin really a dragon. He clenched his teeth and left the room. Charlene saw this and said him... He walked out slowly under the black night sky. He said ...Arin... He thought his friend Arin... ...who he has been traveling with since the beginning.... He thought to think that Arin... ...is a dragon... He chuckled. He laughed hollowly that haha and said ...what an honor, his friend belonged to the noble race equal to gods, the supreme race that viewed humans on earth as insects. He thought he was so thankful to Arin for following him... without expecting anything in return, so grateful that he swore to repay him many times over someday... ...but to him, his journey was merely a story, what he thought was friendship was nothing more than simple entertainment for him. His face distorted for a moment and said dammit, what he's, a house cat... Someone asked what's wrong, him. He looked back, puzzled. He said Charlene. He asked it's okay for Charlene to be outside, he heard the dragons wanted to talk with her... Charlene answered oh... ...for the first time in 300 years, they felt lethargic after the meal, so they decided to take a nap... they said they would talk tomorrow instread. He asked Charlene... Suddenly Charlene turned her head. Charlene looking at the ruins of Idelon, which were particularly visible under the dark night sky and muttered weakly that ...looking back... ...she's remined of how cruel the dragons were... ...and yet, they can't voice a single complaint, their power is formidable, while they humans were too feeble to make demands. Charlene said she hoped the dragons repay kindness and punish only those who wrong them, and that they feel at least an ounce of guilt for what they have done, she hoped that they do not view them as less than insects... ...not that it would help the dead rest in peace... He said Charlene... Charlene said ...this isn't what she wanted to talk about... Charlene smiled and said ...thanked him for saving her... ...him. He smiled awkwardly and said with all due respect... ...anyone would have done the same in that situation. Charlene asked him... ...why he doesn't stay in the empire... ...here by her side. He asked pardon, this is so sudden... Charlene hung her head low, her face flushed like a beet. Charlene shouted n-never mind, good night and ran hurriedly into the mansion. Him, left alone, looked at her empty seat and asked ...huh. Yuna, who hid in the wall of the house across the street, said bummer, a love triangle, how cliche... [18]

Karstein said he felt a bit sorry. They thought sorry. The mouths of the surprised audience fell open. He thought sorry... ...that's all Karstein have to say... ...after committing a massacre. He clenched his teeth. [19]

Yuna fell backwards as a huge stream of mana wrapped around her from all directions, pressing down on her entire body. He shouted Yuna. He hugged Yuna. [20]

They flew through the sky on the back of griffins. People couldn't even open their eyes because the griffins were moving so fast. He was pale, Charlene was smiling happily and calmly even from high above, and Yuna was glaring at her with poisonous eyes. Pete thought things look chaotic over there... he'll just leave them be... A large and magnificent building appeared. He said a city of hot springs... he didn't know such a place existed in the empire. Pete said that's because all the hot springs in the Six Nations Alliance of Heid belong to the dragons... [21]

Another bath, Karstein bowed his frothy head in the direction he was facing and he said he should pour some water on him, human. He thought something. He was watching intently, then he quickly picked up a ladle and poured water on Karstein. After Karstein had finished washing his body, he suddenly spoke in a suddenly serious, quite commanding voice to him that humans, they had been looking after Arin all this time. It was an unexpected situation, but he had become quite perceptive over the years. He said uh, yes... He thought it's hard to take Karstein seriously when he looked like a kid. Karstein stood up and speak to him solemnly that their species is known to repay kindness, there's something their desire, if so, they should tell him, he'll grant it, what's their wish. This time Karstein looked at him and asked and him, he does have a wish. He answered his wish cannot be granted by someone else... ...because he wish to reach the heights of a Sword Master, not even an almighty dragon can make this a reality, right. Indeed, Karstein too had an awkward expression. Karstein thought for a moment and then said hmm, it's indeed a bit tricky, granting magic would be easier in comparison. It was then that Arin, who had not been very interested in the story, suddenly joined in and asked Karstein, he does know how to use Sword Aura. Karstein looked bewildered at Karstein's question. Karstein answered he's not sure about humans, but it's a piece of cake for them dragons, Arin can feel the flow of mana, right, he just gather that to his hand, then, imagine drawing a long stick... Arin thought he was holding the mana in his hand as he had said, and as he lifted it into the air, a faint light began to emanate from his hand. Arin looked at the sword of brilliant light that had been formed and shouted whoa, he did it, huh, it was so simple. He frowned as he watched from the side. He thought most people have to train relentlessly just to reach that state... ...yet Arin made it look so easy... Arin swung his sword of light around as if he was having fun. He was shaking and Karstein said to him that there's no need to feel disappointed, human, it's not because he lack talent. Karstein said to him that dragons were an inherently magical species, a human being jealous of a dragon using mana... ...is no different from him looking at the bird and wondering why he can't fly. Arin's eyes lit up as if he suddenly realized something and shouted oh, that does mean he's a Sword Master now. Karstein said no, that's not how it worked. Arin was disappointed and said aww. Karstein slowly explained to Arin the reason that he now have an exceptional weapon, but that's the extent of it, normally, humans start by mastering the sword, by feeling the blade, the flow... ...and finally, the world, they come to wield mana, which made up the world, they dragons go in reverse order since they can use mana from the start. Karstein said to him that anyway, back to where he left off, mana can't be given away like gifts... ...plus, even if he helped, it may lead him astray from the path he's seeking. however... Karstein smiled faintly and raised his hand towards the disappointed him and said ...he can do this much for him. Karstein said enhance. The tips of Karstein's fingers glowed, creating strange curves of light in the air, and the trajectory of light flowed through his entire body. Karstein said he has maximized his physical capabilities, he may not notice a big difference, but it's better than nothing. Karstein's expression suddenly turned playful and he said now... Karstein shouted ...it's their turn to get scrubbed. He thought Karstein quite liked it, huh... [22]

A Griffin landed on the ground. Arin's body fell to the ground, he was forced to land first and shouted gah. He got off a Griffin and and asked he's okay, Arin. Arin said oww. Yuna said they've arrived... ...it's the capital of the empire... ...Shahar. [23]

The Imperial Palace was in a miserable state. Karsenian asked they were here to meet the king, at this rate, it's hard to say if he's still alive. Karstein answered Karsenian don't worry, the king is still alive... ...since she hasn't woken up yet. He thought ...who's Karstein talking about. The door opened. The pillars of the study were all engraved with gorgeous gold leaf patterns, and a middle-aged man was standing next to a treasure mountain made of all kinds of expensive-looking minerals, such as porcelain, gold, and platinum. The man turned his head and asked Charlene. Charlene greeted the man politely and said greetings, his majesty emperor Rohinas... ...the supreme ruler who stands above all. He was surprised. He thought Charlene was so calm in front of the emperor... ...she really lived in a different world. Rohinas walked over and asked long time no see, Charlene, who the people were with her. Charlene was nervous and answered oh, the peoeple were... The way Rohinas looked at people suddenly changed. Someone said no, Charlene do not need to explain. And surprisingly, Rohinas bowed his head respectfully to Karstein and opened his mouth with a politeness that one would never expect from someone who sat in the position of Emperor of the Empire that as the king of lowly beings, he welcome him from the noble race, he's Rohinas Crel Gaianes. People's eyes widened. Karstein said amazing, to think a human has the power to see through the essence of existence. Rohinas said he owe it to knowledge, he has been told in advance. Karstein asked he saw, it was she who told him, he's the only one who knew. Rohinas answered yes, he's the only one. Someone asked very well, Rohinas should go on and explain, why this did happen when she's in the Imperial Palace. Rohinas answered because... she's dreaming. [24]

Charlene came back to the room. Charlene looked around the room in bewilderment and thought why all the dragons were asleep. Charlene approached the bed hesitantly and said sh-she should wake the dragons up, excuse her... Charlene thought if she wake the dragons up... A dragon shouted how dare she rouse it from its slumber. Charlene thought ...but if she doesn't wake the dragons up... A dragon shouted how dare she waste its time. Charlene thought ...either way, she's doomed. It seemed that he felt sorry for Charlene as he looked at her and opened his mouth that she should wake Arin up, he's the least likely to bite. Arin was fast asleep with his head resting on Aria's lap. Charlene gestured wildly toward Aria and said she should wake Arin up, please. Sure enough, Aria spoke to the sleeping Arin right away that he should wake up, Charlene is here. Arin woke up. Arin stood up and shouted Charlene. Arin shouted Charlene did find a way to turn Aria back into a human. Karstein rubbed his eyes. Kiadrys yawned. Arin shouted what do they've to do. Charlene opened her mouth with difficulty that Arin, about that... ...there's something she misunderstood. Charlene continued speaking cautiously, lowering her voice even further that she did find records about the Vessel of the Soul, but it doesn't mention a way to turn Aria back into a human. Suddenly Arin took on a serious expression and his voice was fierce that what Charlene does meant, Arin can't live as a human. Pete and Yuna's faces hardened. His complexion also hardened. Karstein glanced at Arin. Aria comforted Arin and said he should calm down. Aria asked the question in a calm tone as if it were someone else's business that she could explain in detail, Charlene. Charlene opened her mouth calmly that ...she's sure Aria remember the side effects of being a Vessel of the Soul, so she won't repeat herself, to the previous Queen of Sorcery, reverting to her original state did not mean turning back into a human, her goal was to revert to something identical to being a human. Yuna wondered and asked identical... to being a human, it's that the same thing. After catching her breath, Charlene continued that for a Vessel of the Soul, most of the physical body morphed into a different entity, the previous Queen of Sorcery knew next to nothing about the Almighty Creature in the first place, instead, she focused on studying imperial authority. Karstein puzzled and asked imperial authority. Charlene said quietly that the previous Queen of Sorcery was referring to the jewels used to seal the Almighty Creature, that's Gaias and Zaedrasil. Charlene continued speaking that let her being by explanning what the seals were, regarded as a form of mana reservoirs, the seals were made of a special material that can store a vast amount of mana, the previous Queen of Sorcery called it... ...multidimensional shared existence, abnormal compression of mana in a limited mass goes against the laws of the universe, so, she concluded that the material must exist in multidimensional space. Pete and he tilted their heads. [25]

Karstein said so, they'll have to go hunt down those bastards after all, they need the seals of the Almighty Creature, but those foolish humans took them all... Karstein said angrily that ...the Dragon Slayers dared to mess with a hatchling, he was planning to go after them anyway. Pete was afraid, and he swallowed. Karstein looked at everyone and asked that first, let's head over to his lair, they'll come as well. And Karstein looked back at the humans and said as a reward for looking after Arin... ...he'll give them a gift, they may pick a treasure from his lair. In that moment, Pete and Yuna's eyes lit up and they thought treature. Surprisingly, he made a displeased expression. Karstein waved his hand in the air and said well, then, let's go. Karstein simply waved his hand, and yet a portal formed in an instant. On one side of the cave, a distortion of space occurred in a corner, and soon it transformed into a sphere, slowly growing larger as it took over space, and soon, a group of people slowly emerged from that space. Yuna took a sharp breath. Someone thought so this is the lair of a 6,500 year-old... ...ancient Red Dragon. All around was a place of glitter, a garden of gold, a forest of jewels, and a treasure trove of legendary weapons hanging like fruit. Yuna just opened her mouth wide. Karstein asked the place was too big for humans to navigate. Karstein said with a smile, as if he found it amusing that well, they should choose whatever they'd like, human children. Yuna started running towards the treasure and shouted impressive, what she should take, a magical item, or a jewel. Pete looked around and thought definitely an expensive jewel. He was the first to discover something. He picked up a sword that looked ordinary at first glance and thought what this sword was. When he lifted the sword, an unknown light circled the blade, and at the same time, a subtle energy spread throughout his body. He flinched. He thought all he did was pick it up yet he felt an immense energy... ...how could such a sword exist in this world. Charlene who's standing next to him, she shouted it's that Charlemagne's Sword. He was surprised and shouted pardon, King Charlemagne. Someone thought Charlemagne was the legendary Sword Master, the most powerful in the western empire's history... ...and dare he say, all of human history, why his sword would here of all places... Karstein who's standing next to him, he replied indisposed that oh, he forgot he had that, there was this one human who ran wild 300 years ago, so he took his sword and tossed it aside. He was terrified and thought Karstein did just treat it like junk, and Charlene was awkwarded too. Someone asked so human will choose that as his reward. He said he'll keep looking... [26]

Rosarahim wielded her tongue and said she's quite impressed... that the humans crossed the lava lake without magic. Karstein had a calm demeanor and said hmph, so what. He thought incredible... ...a single command... ...was enough to freeze the vast lava lake. The boiling lava lake freezed rapidly, and the red color in one corner of the lake faded to dark gray, and in an instant, the lake became a wide plain. Karstein said after this should be the Frozen Passage, it might be a bit challenging for humans to endure, what a pain, he should just deactivate it. Karsenian suddenly looked across the aisle and asked in annoyance that why they don't just teleport there, then. Karstein replied this is where the Almighty Creature is sealed, if they teleport recklessly, the coordinates might get thrown off. Karstein quietly raised his hand and snapped his fingers and said he'll remove the Space Distortion, the actual passage isn't that long anyway. [27]

Karstein thought in the first place... ..it's impossible for someone who cannot use mana to enter this space, those who were powerful enough to navigate through the dangerous obstacles to reach here... ...whould never being along an ordinary person who would only weigh them down, nor would they hand over vast power to them, dragons and mana were inseparably connected, mages and priests use mana, the chimera's existence hinges on mana, even the young man who seemed to be the farthest from mana... ...just began learning how to wield it, simply put, no one here met the requirement to revive the Almighty Creature, that was why... he had lowered his guard, who would have thought that a pure human... ...whose presence was so weak and undetectable would show up his lair. The egg of the earth containing a gigantic being has hatched. The Ezekie Sh'Karstein split apart. Meanwhile, Karstein and his group also ran away to escape the collapsing space. Karstein escaped the cave and arrived at a frozen lava lake, but here too, boulders rained down and Someone shouted the lair was collapsing. Karstein let out a tantrum that damn those cursed gods... ...if they had to go and make one, at least make it properly. Someone shouted first, let's get out of here, this place was no longer safe. [28]

The three dragons circled the sky repeatedly and attacked the Eldicreature and humans saw it. Yuna said they've a chance, right. Seton said the scale was unbelievable... humans like them don't dare to join in. At Aria's side, Arin looked up at the sky and said of course, his mom was stronger than anyone. Eldicreature looked like Rake looked at Karsenian and muttered quietly that traitors who betrayed the gods and fled to the world... ...it's time to pay the price for them betrayal. Karsenian shouted what a uselessly big body... Suddenly, giant tentacles sprouted around Karsenian, who had been flying leisurely and attacking to her heart's content just a moment ago. Karsenian was embarrassed and shouted wh-what. Karsenian shouted tsk and tore at the approaching tentacles with her sharp foreclaws. The flesh of Eldicreature collided with each other, becoming one and regenerating. Karsenian thought it's reattaching the parts they cut off. Karstein shouted watch out, Karsenian, she should get out of there. An outstretched tentacle wrapped around Karsenian's arm. So many tentacles clung tightly to Karsenian's neck and arm and she shouted ugh, h-how dare it... In a rush, Karsenian took a deep breath to use her Flame Breath. But the tentacles began to surround Karsenian, trying to take a breath. Karsenian sank into the sea of the Eldicreature, that giant lump of meat. Kiadrys let out a roar of urgency that Karsenian. [29]

In the footage of he and his group standing blankly on the hill, Arin was not seen at all and Seria said ...something about this screen... ...felt off... [30]

There was an explosion on the other side and Rosarahim looked back and urged her on. Rosarahim shouted quick, hurry, they need to get out of here. He looked back and his teeth chattered because Eldicreature's particle was chasing him. He swung his sword and cut through an Eldicreature's particle and shouted ugh, they're so persistent, they keep coming back no matter how many times he slice them. [31]

A wave of mana filled with will arose in Zahadrian's body and she said ...return to their original forms, a crisiss has emerged among their kind. The mana wave began to spread out in an instant and she said this was an order from their leader Zahadrian, come, their fellow dragons. Yuna and he was surprised. Yuna walked towards the window in surprise and shouted unbelievable... Dragons flew towards the imperial palace and Someone shouted ...look at all them... ...they're all headed this way. [32]

In front of the Imperial Palace, Pete, Yuna and he made pitiful faces. He had a blank expression and asked they're really dragons, it felt more like a crowd in a local market. Yuna said the dragons might not look like it, but any one of them could bring down the entire empire if they were to get offended. [33]

A bright light began to shine. Soon, giant dragons flew into the sky. Rohinas let out a voice that sounded moved that look at all the dragons in the sky... ...who would've thought he'd live to see all the majestic creatures gather in one place. At this moment, a particularly large Gold Dragon, Zahardrian, nearly 984 ft (300 meters) tall, turned her head and looked towards the Imperial Palace. A majestic voice echoed in the headed of him and his party that human children... ...who were nestled in Arin's dream. He looked up at the sky and thought her voice was ringing in his head... ...he can't budge. The voice rang that Arin was a child of their kind, she left him in their case. At that moment, light rose behind Zahadrian. Brilliantly shining golden jewels descended upon he and his group, includeing Yuna, and Zahadrian said here's a token of their contract. Zahadrian's voice continued that a reward for taking care of a dragon child. Charlene's voice trembled that this was... ...a Dragon Heart. Zahadrian stared at Aria, who's holding Arin and left a soft message that she should take care of him. Zahadrian flew up again and the soft voice she left behind echoed faintly that please. [34]

Without any warning, a single red flash of light struck the surface of the earth. A dragon appeared on Eldicreature's body. Dragons, those majestic creatures, had all but disappeared from the sky. Only the giant floating lump remained. The majestic dragons ceased to exist. The lump began moving again to fulfill its original intent. The purpose of the Almighty Creature wasn't just to defeat the dragons... ...but also to remove all living beings that wield mana. The great power of the dragons was directed at the humans. Pluning all lands into chaos. It was the beginning of the end. The first to be destroyed was the Imperial Palace, the center of Shahar, which was also reduced to complete ruins. Charlene said she doesn't believe it... Charlene looked bewildered, sat down helplessly and continued ...the entire empire was razed to the ground... Yuna muttered as if she found the situation strange, looking around that ...how they did survive... amid all this destruction. Pete answered who knew... ...maybe the dragon's blessing was protecting them. His voice sounded gloomy that there were more pressing matters than that, look, Eldicreatures were approacing them. Pete looked into the sky and asked they sh-should fight Eldicreatures off. He made a face that seemed funny and asked ha... fight Eldicreatures off. He looked at the parts of Eldicreature's swarming in like a swarm of bees and said even the dragons were helpless against that monster. There's Arin behind him. Arin was standing in a bright place. Clearly, all the objects seem to exist before Arin's eyes, but strangely, he doesn't feel their presence and he asked huh, where he's. Arin called out his colleagues' name loudly that Yuna, he, Pete, where they're all. Darkness came upon Arin and he asked huh... who else he's missing. When Arin turned his head blankly, a thick darkness spread out before his eyes. Arin saw all of his precious colleagues running somewhere. Arin ran to his colleagues and called out their name loudly that Yuna, he, they should wait for him. Someone said no, and he was surprised to see him while fighting against Eldicreature's parts. A dazzling light emanated from Arin's body. Someone screamed ...stop, and a dazzling red light emanated from somewhere. [35]

People were in the cave. Yuna looked embarrassed and asked what's this place, a cave. Pete looked around in confusion and asked they were surrounded by the Almighty Creature... that was about to kill them... Arin spoke in a very small, thin voice that this place... Arin said ...was his home. He suddenly shouted in surprise that Arin's home, he's saying this was a dragon's lair. Yuna had a blank expression and thought that meant they're in the Al Kreed Mountains, they did teleport here all the way from the empire. He, who was quietly looking at Arin's blank expression, suddenly bit his lip and thought so, this was the power of a dragon, huh... People came out of the cave. He turned to Charlene and asked well... what now. He said he's thinking of heading back to his hometown... ...that's to Libeid. Yuna said they've nowhere to go anyway, so they'll follow him. Pete also gave his opinion that he'll return to the temple, Libeid was on the way, so he'll join him. Charlene hesitated. Charlene's voice trailing off and said as for her... ...she must return to her people, as the Queen of Sorcery, she has a duty to fulfill. Charlene thought the truth was... ...she wanted to stay with him for a little longer... A soft, regretful smile appeared on his lips and he said that's so... He greeted Charlene in a soft voice that then they must go their separate ways. Three months later. In a palace, Charlene said to Gaster that just like that, she returned to the empire, that was already three months ago, she hasn't heard any news from them since then. Gaster thought so, Arin was with that boy named Seton. Someone asked Libeid, huh... hmm. At that moment, the conference room door opened and someone came inside. The messenger said his Majesty king Hudsail el Sarbazan of the Sarbazan Kingdom has arrived. Gaster looked back and smiled, and Charlene's expression became subtle. The messenger said his Majesty king Farzar el Arasnan of the Arasnan Kingdom has arrived. Charlene was surprised and couldn't take her eyes off anyone. A young black-haired boy king appeared, dressed in splendid attire, and the messenger said the new king of the Libeid Kingdom, his Majesty king Seton el Libeid has arrived. Charlene thought him. [36]

Charlene was so surprised that she couldn't take her eyes off him and thought the new king of Libeid... ...was him. Gaster asked what's the meaning of this, Libeid should be in ruins. Latisse said Largo's invasion pervented them from capturing the western region, goodness, they did really have no one better than a boy to ascend to the throne... Gaster thought yes, very good, just when he needed him. He smiled faintly at her and said long time no see, her Majesty Queen Charlene. Charlene was embarrassed and asked how did he ascend to the throne, him... ...only three months ago, he was just a squire, this does mean he has royal blood. Gaster walked over and asked him, she wasn't aware, Queen Charlene. Gaster opened his mouth in a playful voice that despire taking the Sarasnein name, King has always been royalty, thanked to a certain someone who wiped out the royal family of Libeid, the lucky lad became the king by default. His brow furrowed and opened his mouth, trying to keep his composure that Lord Gaster, he must remind him that he was the cause of the predicament they're in. Gaster laughed and said with the utmost shamelessness he's well aware, his Majesty, that's precisely why he devised a plan. He said he doesn't feel any shame... ...he'd advise against having such blind faith in his magic, Gaster. He said behind him stood the last descendant of the strongest species on earth. Behind him, Arin came in through the door. Gaster smiled as if he was really happy to see Arin and said well, well, well... that's the best news he has heard as of late. At the door, Arin, Yuna, and Aria came in. Someone thought at last, the final trump card has arrived. A giant airship appeared in the background. Zehid said this was the airship that they invented. Brodale asked the airship truly was massive up close, this can big vessel really float in the sky without magic. Zehid added a question to Brodale's question that technically speaking, the vessel wasn't completely without magic. Zehid said but not to worry, the Almighty Creature was only concerned with the act of using mana, it doesn't care about items transformed by magic. Someone said this airship will let them approach the Almighty Creature even without mana. Farzar el Arasnan and Hudsail el Sarbazan were speechless. Someone said the strongest fighters from each country will board the aircraft and attack the monster. Argos asked and where was the monster right now... Someone answered he heard the monster was heading toward the northern empire. A king said they don't have much time. Another king said let's work out the details along the way. Latisse looked up at the sky and said what a sight to behold... In front of Charlene and Latisse, revealing their large white bodies, dozens of airships slowly floated, filling the skies above Demistyn, the capital of the Western Region of the Gaianes Empire. Someone said they spared no expense, come, let them board as well. The airship was floating. In the conference room at the front of the flagship, Zehid began briefing the kings of each country that generally, the Almighty Creature attacked in three ways. Zehid continued that first, the Almighty Creature blasted Dragon Breath using the dragons it consumed, humans have no way to block this attack. Latisse said even if they mobilize the mages to create a defensive barrier... ...they can't be sure if they'll endure an attack that not even the dragons could withstand. Zehid continued his explanation with a bitter tone that indeed, in the end, they've no choice but to evade the attack, so he has come up with a strategy to minimize the damage open-order formation, baded on their observations so far... ...the monster doesn't blast Dragon Breaths when splitting itself into smaller parts, perhaps they could take advantage of that. After taking a moment to catch his breath, Zehid continued his explanation that moving on, the monster's second form of attack... ...was a physical attack using its appendages, so far, no one has survived the appendage attack... so they must assume that the creature was physically stronger than a dragon. Zehid turned the paper over and said that brings them to... Zehid said ...the creation of an anti-Almighty-Creature weapon with the power of sixth circle spells, a mana-powered explosive warhead, since the monster absorbed magic attacks, magic will only be used to fire shells that deal physical damage, so airships will only fire at the front... while 40 airships will fend off the appendaged from the back, finally, the remaining 10 will transport the shells. Charlene asked the last form of attack... must be the monster lumps. Zehid was silent for a moment and said that's in fact the most worrisome part, the monster can split itself into countless regenerative parts, however, its only purpose was to hunt down mana, the solution required a slightly brutal plan... Argos' face hardened and said Zehid don't tell him... Someone said that's right, while the airship fleet fought off the monster... ...mages, Sword Masters, and others who use mana will gather in one aircraft... and fight off the smaller parts. Charlene was surprised and shouted Zehid was suggesting... ...they use each nation's strongest fighters as bait. Zehid said magic attacks don't work on the monster, so it can't be helped, it should at least prevent the other airships from being attacked. Farzar asked in a timid voice that even hundreds of dragons couldn't damage the monster, what chance they do have... Zehid said with determination that they must believe in themselves, who else would have faith in them. Latisse said it does even matter, they've no choice, they'll do their best and leave the rest to the gods. He smiled bitterly and asked the gods, huh, they were the ones who created the monster. Brodale, who had been silent until now, suddenly opened his mouth that actually, it's a blessing for the people, if all the mana users around the continent board one aircraft... ...the monster will stop destroying cities right. Brodale laughed heartily and shouted their sacrifice will protect the people of this nation, they should take pride in their mission as leaders. Someone said ...they'll keep heading northest, the fate of the world was on the line, so they should get some rest now before the battle. The flagship of the airships glided silently across the night sky and in the cabin hallway, Charlene was looking out the window. Charlene suddenly felt a presence. He was approaching her, dressed in ordinary traveler's clothes, and Charlene called him. Charlene spoke first that how he had been, oh, congratulations on ascending to the throne. He said haha. A bitter smile appeared on his lips and he said he should celebreate... ...once they get rid of the monster, that's. The wind blew, and the moon and stars followed them. Someone asked where's Pete, he's doing his own thing now. He replied briefly that Pete has become the high priest of the temple of Harnian, the goddess of the moon. Someone wondered and shouted what, Pete reached the highest position too, but how. Another answered apparently, the monster also swept through the great temple in Sarbazan, of the priest who survived, Pete had the highest seniority... Charlene clasped her hands together as if in gratitude and said ...that reminded her, Arin seemed to have regained his spirits since three months ago. Another said it's because Arin found hope. Charlene asked back that hope. Suddenly a deep sigh escaped his mouth and said Arin planned to cut open the belly of the monster to save his mom, he must've read Little Red Riding Hood or something. Charlene said oh, that's very typical of Arin... He said still, Arin's determination allowed him to master Fifth Circle spells in a heartbeat, just as he expected from a dragon, but he's trying so hard that he doesn't have the heart to stop him. A sorrowful light lingered in Charlene's blue eyes and said she saw, she doesn't have the heart to destroy Arin's hope either. Charlene continued Arin's family was wiped out the moment they were absorbed by the monster... reality was cruel indeed. Someone approached from across the cabin corridor. A thick voice flowed out that pardon him for intruding on his quality time... He looked back. A middle-aged mage wearing a black robe appeared across the cabin corridor, and another asked Lord Gaster. Gaster smiled. Gaster continued with a gentle smile that he may have a moment of his time, King, he'd like to discuss with him about the eradication of the Almighty Creature. [37]

Gaster said among them mana users... ...only three people can go unnoticed by the Almighty Creature, him, Miss Chimera, and... ...the last red-headed dragon on earth. Aria was looking at Arin who's red-haired pretty boy holding a large book in his hand, reading it intently. He asked how Gaster can be so sure, he heard that Aria was essentially the same as the Almighty Creature, but now he, so how. Gaster smiled bitterly. Gaster answered his Majesty saw, he's identical to the Almighty Creature too. He was surprised. Gaster showed his right hand and said this was made from the tissues of the creature. His questions continued that then... what about Arin. Gaster answered he discovered a certain truth from Karstein's lair, his Majesty saw... ...Arin was the natural enemy of the Eldicreature. He asked natural enemy, Gaster should care to explain. Gaster's smile grew deeper and he answered he doesn't know the details, he only look at the results, not the cause. He gritted his teeth and thought bastard... Charlene pointed out that all that aside... ...why Gaster don't do it then. Gaster smiled, covered his arms with his sleeves and said he's currently being eaten alive. Gaster still spoke calmly that out here, he's safe since the monster thought he's being consumed by its parts, however, the moment he came in contact with the body, it'll see him as a tasty cut of steak. He was furious and shouted Gaster have some nerve, he's just using Arin as a pawn. Gaster smiled and said calm down, his Majesty, he hasn't finished speaking. Gaster said if everything went according to plan... In the airship, he shouted Aria was really going, how she can trust what Gaster said. He shouted he doesn't trust Gaster as far as he can throw him. Yuna said same, who knew what Gaster was really up to... Aria said but Gaster have no reason to lure them into a trap, their success will benefit him greatly, after all. Arin said he has already made up his mind. A strong wind blew, and Arin said cheerfully that he'll be back. Arin and Aria stepped out of the doorway and headed into the rough skies. Arin and Aria fell towards the back of Eldicreature, which appeared to be the ground at first glance. Her hair blew in the strong air current, and Yuna opened her mouth in a mournful voice that she's worried... ...it's not like completing the mission will bring Arin's family back... He looked outside. He thought about something. Someone muttered softly that well, that's Arin's burden to bear, and Aria continued to fall, holding the huge great sword in her slender grasp while hugging Arin. A fleet of airships flew over Eldicreature. Brodale said it's strange, the monster wasn't aggressive like it was toward the dragons, no matter how powerful their fleet was, their shelling should be nothing compared to them... Zehid said perhaps the monster's distracted by all the parts it has to control, if it could be distracted so easily, the dragons wouldn't have been eradicated. Latisse smiled sinisterly and said perhaps they owe it to them. Someone asked them, there's something more, his Majesty. Another said haha, he can't say. Charlene and he frowned. [38]

A ray of light shot up towards Eldicreature along with a loud noise. Zehid and Brodale were embarrassed. Farzar who was next to him, shouted wh-what's happening. Latisse who's embarrassed, he asked Gaster, what... and he smiled with conversion. Gaster proudly exclaimed, as if he were more than happy, he shouted congratulations, Latisse, it went according to plan. With a brilliant light, Eldicreature's part bulged. Karsearin descended upon this earth, tearing Eldicreature's epidermis in all directions as if hatching from an egg. Karsearin who's a giant, nearly 65.6 feet (20 meters) long, let out a roar, and someone shouted Super Dragon Karsearin had awakened completely. Karsearin drilled a huge hole in Eldicreature's body. Karsearin emerged from the hole he had pierced through Eldicreature's body and it never regenerated again. He asked the Almighty Creature wasn't regenerating... that's really Arin up there. Looking at the screen, Gaster answered that's correct, his Majesty, what an unfamiliar sight, huh. He said unfamiliar, well, he has never sen Arin in dragon form before... Gaster said Arin was clearly not in a normal state of mind, as it turned out, being a Super Dragon wasn't necessarily a good thing, after all, it went by another name among the dragons. He asked another name. Gaster held back a laugh. Another man said the forgotten self, Kairek Shuras Dragnid, simply put... ...a dragon gone berserk. Gaster said all worlds with time, space, and dimension... exist in accordance with the laws, the Almighty Creature, however, ran counter to all such laws, that's why nothing that followed the laws of this world can defeat Eldicreature. Gaster asked however... ...what if there was an entity that transcended the laws it abided by. Charlene was surprised. He asked in a dazed voice that what Gaster was talking about, he's saying that Arin came from a different world. Someone answered no, that's not what he meant, King, after all, Arin clearly existed in this world too. Someone continued different worlds overlap each other like the pages of a book, countless entities exist simultaneously in this world as well as other overlapping worlds, perhaps King had understand if he call them parallel worlds. Someone said in theory, they humans also have countless identical versions of themselves coexisting in different worlds, that's, there could be different versions of themselves who think and behave like they do in other worlds, by an infinitesimal chance, one entity, the Super Dragon, happened to share all such existences, the heart of the Super Dragon was the Manadium, the multidimensional shared existence. Gaster said obviously, no human can have a multidimensional shared existence, only dragons were massive enough to intervene across world boundaries, it explained why Arin was physically bigger than other hatchlings. Charlene thought having a multidimensional shared existence meant Arin also shared the laws of other universe, that's why the Almighty Creature's reversal of the laws had no effect on him. Gaster said Elsanad, the Super Dragon that appeared 6,000 years ago, couldn't fully become a Super Dragon, after all, having a shared existence doesn't mean his thought processed were also the same, so, all they could do was temporarily seal the Almighty Dragon with the Manadium. Someone continued however, the current Super Dragon... Karsearin, had lost all control, he'll fully become a Super Dragon and destroy the Almighty Creature. [39]

Zehid said no... things were getting worse... that wasn't dragon supposed to be an ally, he was with the king of Libeid. He shouted Arin. Karsearin looked towards the direction of the sound. He said stop, that's enough, Arin... Karsearin's mind was in human form, he looked back and asked him... [40]

There was an airship near an old castle located in a remote part of the continent. Hudsail el Sarbazan, Farzar el Arasnan and Brodale ran to somewhere. Brodale shouted they've to do something, the Warrior King was still unreachable. Someone said the monster lumps seemed to have done a number on him, let's begin the meeting first. A man spoke to him, who was running that his Majesty King Seton el Libeid. Gaster asked his Majesty do have a moment. He looked at Gaster with cold eyes. On one side of the castle, he asked what it's, Lord Gaster. Someone continued what trap he's trying to lure him into this time. Gaster smiled and said trap, aww, his Majesty don't say that, he'd no idea Arin would go berserk like that, goodness, how terrifying. He frowned and said he can see Gaster lying through his teeth. Gaster said his Majesty don't be so harsh on him... he's just here to present him with an excellent offer. He asked an offer. Gaster asked in a low, dark, snake-like voice that his Majesty don't wish to restore the House of Sarasnein. He asked with a voice full of doubt that he'd become the king of a nation, what greater honor could there be than this. Gaster asked oh, the position his Majesty stumbled into because there was no one else, where's the honor in that. He grunted ugh. Gaster opened his mouth that his Majesty will besatisfied... ...ruling as a Libeid... and not as a Sarasnein. Someone said his Majesty don't wish to make the House of Sarasnein... ...the most revered in the land. His face hardened. He was swayed. He turned his head sharply and shouted nonsense... how that's even possible. Someone asked why not, there's a girl... reigning over Batran, Arasnan, and half of Libeid. He looked back with a scary look in his eyes and said Gaster was referring to... Someone continued ...Princess Ione. Gaster smirked and said Ione also had the most powerful mage on earth at her disposal. Gaster said what he's saying was... ...there's land and power ready to welcome a new king. Someone said all his Majesty needed... Gaster smiled faintly and said ...to earn the highest honor... ...befitting a king. Someone said his Majesty don't think he should become... ...a Dragon Slayer at the very least. He looked at Karsearin. He asked Arin... ...he does recognize him. Arin flew towards Seton. Seton was terrified when he saw Karsearin. The giant Karsearin before Seton's eyes, a monster that was scary just to look at, transformed into something all too familiar. Someone said him... Arin cried and asked that's him, Seton... Seton answered calmly that yes... it's him, Arin, he should get a hold of himself. Arin hugged Seton. Arin sobbed and said Seton... ...Aria, she... Arin burst into tears and shouted ...waaah. He gave Arin a light hug. He said Arin... The blood flowed down Arin's left chest. Arin asked ...huh. Someone asked him... His longsword, the sword given to Arin, was covered in blood after piercing his heart. Seton's face was distorted. Seton said he'd no choice, no matter how hard he tried... Seton said with his back to the sunset that ...he couldn't put it out of his mind... ...that Arin was a dragon. Arin coughed and vomited blood. Seton said sorry, Arin. Seton said he needed... ...the honor that came with being a Dragon Slayer. Zehid, Farzar el Arasnan and Brodale were surprised. Gaster watched it and Latisse el Karsel was surprised. Gaster laughed to see it. Yuna was surprised and Charlene covered her mouth in horror. Yuna was in great shock. He pierced Arin's heart once more with Blairs Taina. Arin collapsed when Seton pulled out Blair Taina. He looked at Arin. In his past, he asked Arin was talking about storybooks, he does even know what warriors do. Someone answered the warriors defeat the Demon Lord, mary the captured princess, became famous, and live happily ever after. Seton was speechless. Someone asked why, he does wanna join, Seton, then... Arin smiled and said ...he'll let him join his party, him. He looked at the fallen Arin. The monster that set dozens of villages on fire and took the lives of countless people... ...was Karsearin, the Evil Dragon. And the hero who saved the world from the Evil Dragon... ...was the Warrior, him. [41]

He saw Arin and another person shouted him. Arin turned his head and another person shouted him. Arin looked terrible and another person shouted him. He, now in his late twenties, gasped for breath. He got up from the bed. He said dammit... He said ...this dream again... Here was the Sarasnein Empire. He bowed his head, hiding his eyes behind his hand, sighed and said it's already been a decade... He said ...it couldn't be helped, he'd no other choice but to kill Arin for the greater good, it was the right thing to do... Then a thin voice flowed out to a woman that what he was mumbling about so early in the day... The woman said ...him, and he looked back at her absentmindedly. He thought Arin... The woman had long, thin red hair fluttering. He thought ...no. Ione appeared. Ione asked it's been over ten years, but he still flinch whenever he saw her, it was about time that he got used to do it, she's his Queen, not his friend, remember. His brow furrowed deeply and said Ione... ...she must be the reason he keeped having these nightmares. Ione chuckled. Ione left the room and said he should go out to the hallway, the head imperial mage was waiting for him. He was displeased. He said how obnoxious... Head imperial mage, Gaster, extended his hand and greeted him. He thought what an obnoxious jerk... Gaster said how he could sleep in on such an important day, he should get a hold of himself, Emperor Seton Crel Sarasnein. He said right, it was today. Gaster said calmly that they've been doing this every year, if his Majesty was ready, let's get going. He responded weakly that yes, let's go... Gaster stared blankly at him. Another man said cheer up, his Majesty, today was the last day he'll be doing this, already a decade has passed, after all. The streets were crowded with people, and street vendors were set up here and there. In the middle of the street, a weird kid wearing a dragon-shaped costume was playing with another kid dressed as a warrior. In the castle, fireworks, the highlight of the festival, were in full swing. Two children opened the door, ran over into the room and a girl shouted Ms. Tzakranaky, she did see the fireworks, let's go enjoy the festival. Yuna turned her head and said she's not interested in the festival, they two can go without her. The girl shouted aww, Mr. Tzakranaky can come with them. The girl shouted the heroic Emperor slayed the Evil Dragon and saved the world ten years ago today, the festival was to celebrate his victory. Someone asked Ms. Tzakranaky... ...she doesn't like this festival. Yuna's expression hardened slightly. Yuna sent the children out the door and said that's not it, she just had a lot on her plate, they should off them go, them too, they don't stay out too late. Children often ran out into the street laughing. Yuna smiled kindly. Suddenly, Yuna's face distorted and a curse came out of her mouth that hmph, saved the world, yeah, right. Yuna said she does really had to see them again, not that she'd a choice... Holy Land, Kethes Sh'Sarasnein (Formerly the Al Kreed Mountains). In one corner of the empty lot, Gaster was seen, he was sitting quietly and opened his mouth that there she was, long time no see, Yuna. The corners of Yuna's mouth rose strangely and she said oh, her. Yuna's waist was bent exaggeratedly and she said why, if it wasn't the great Emperor who slayed the dragon and unified the Six Nations Alliance of Heid, she dared greet the first Emperor of the Sarasnein Empire, despite her lowly status. He clicked his tongue at Yuna's attitude, which was clearly sarcastic to anyone who saw it and he said she's the same as ever, she's still working at the orphanage, a mage of the Seventh Circle like her was always welcome to work as an imperial mage... Yuna's gaze sharpened and asked his Majesty do really think she'd accept such an offer. He avoided Yuna's gaze. At that moment, a light emerged from a corner of the empty lot. He looked back. Someone asked huh, they did make him wait. He said his eminence, Father Pete, Pluto, Vera. Pete smiled bitterly, sighed and said between showing up and death, he'll choose the former. As he approached them, Gaster asked softly that long time no talk, how went the recovery. Pluto, in a wheelchair, raised his trembling right arm and answered much better, he'd regained most of the sensation in his upper body. Vera muttered proudly, looking at Pluto that fighting with compressed mana in the form of Dark Aura took a huge toll on his body, on top of that, clashing against such a great power deformed the structure of his mana, at first, he could barely move a finger, but he'll return to the Pluto he used to be in no time. He said it took ten years just for Pluto to get his upper body back. He looked at Pluto with distaste and said it'll take ages for him to regain his powers. Pluto didn't seem particularly angry at his sarcastic response, so he responded cheerfully that well, he'll keep at it, there's no harm in trying, right. He muttered as if trying to hide his twisted feelings that very well, he sincerely hope for his full recovery, defeating an injured foe won't bring back his father's honor. Someone said he's honored, please keep on wishing for his full recovery. Pete muttered they haven't changed at all... At this time, the mana on one side of the empty lot gathered and Yuna turned around. A person was taking steps from the Warp Gate and said it's been a while, everyone, traitors, fiends, and turncoats all in one place... Now in her mid-twenties, Charlene asked will today be the last day she must see all of them. Yuna, he, Pete saw Charlene. Gaster clapped his hands and asked now, now, they should tone it down a little, just why do young people... always squabble when they gather. Someone said they should get along, people. Gaster smiled and said now that everyone had arrived... ...they shall get ready... ...to see Karsearin. [42]

There's Lyra's INN. He came over carrying a bucket and asked what's it, Arin. He who's next to Charlene, he asked it was a dream. Arin was in a daze and asked a dream... Arin was surprised and shouted ...so that's what it was, it was all a dream. Pete asked the question as if he was curious that what kind of dream it was. Arin answered Aria died, then, he stabbed him, so he became a bloody mess... He asked what. He burst into laughter and shouted ahaha, and Arin made a sour expression, feeling as if he was being laughed at. He continued speaking firmly that Arin should wake up, why he would ever stab him. Arin shrugged his shoulders and asked right... ...why he would dreamed about that. The cave was deep and dark, and in a hollow, artificially dug deep, like a porcelain floor, there was Karsearin, quietly curled up and sleeping, with her four wings calmly folded, and a gigantic head with twelve horns tucked into her bosom, and someone was emitting a blue light. He opened his mouth in a firm voice, as if driving a nail into it that this was truly the last time they'll be doing this. Gaster replied that's right, with this, the Illusion of a Dream had integrated perfectly into Arin's existence, there's no more need for them to gather here and replay his memories to recreate the dream world. He frowned. Behind him, Yuna made a sad expression. [43]

In Dreams[]

In 321 AC, his son, Shahar Crel Sarasnein was born. [44]

The Creature[]

400 years after Karsearin was sealed, in 705 AC, he woke up from his dream due to the plot of Gaster, he went berserk with only his immense hatred for the human race and committed a massive massacre, burning half of all living things on the continent in one day. This incident had a huge impact on the world, such as the destruction of the Sarasnein Empire, which had a highly developed magical civilization, and because of this, he became famous as the 'Demonic Dragon Karsearin', making the notoriety that had been nothing more than a rumor until then a reality. After the birth of the human race, the culture, history, magic, and architecture that humans had created over the eons disappeared, and the world was reset, and although the temples and priests maintain human society in seven small countries, but even that has degenerated into a complete cultural decline compared to before the fall of the Sarasnein Empire. In addition, Gaster intentionally released anti-magic power throughout the world to prevent humans from using magic and Sword Aura, so most races except for dragons were unable to use them. An unknown great sage appeared and defeated Karsearin with the help of his colleagues. Karsearin fled to the western side of the continent and ended up on the border of the far western region. After that, Karsearin's last cry became a powerful evil power that separated the border from the continent and covered everything in darkness to protect himself. The unknown great sage sealed Karsearin with a powerful barrier surrounding the land and called it 'Demon Within Esrmund'. According to later legend, creatures emerged from the blood Karsearin shed at this time and began to attack people, but the truth behind them was different. [45]

In 1305 AC, boiling... In a small iron pot, meat stew was boiling, giving off a delicious smell. In front of the pot, a boy with long, thin red hair, more beautiful than any girl, stirred the stew with a ladle. Suddenly, the boy absentmindedly lifted the ladle he had been stirring. The soft red hair swayed along with the boy's movements and tickled his waist. The boy put down the ladle, got up from his seat, and looked around. In a corner of the dark forest, a black-haired boy looked at him and clicked his tongue. The black-haired boy said hey, Arin, what he's talking about, the stew is sticking. For a moment, a flash of light passed over the boy's ruby red eyes. Arin said ...him. Arin turned his head to the other side, softly mumbling the black-haired boy's name. Arin was currently on his way to Idelon, the Southern Region of the Gaianes Empire, with his precious comrades. Everyone was doing their jobs with lively expressions. He, Yuna, Pete, Charlene... Arin suddenly looked back. Arin looked back at his companions. They were sitting together in front of a small campfire that lit up the dark forest, chatting happily. Someone said he has gotten used to sleeping out here. He said he was used to it, but Mr. Pete has really come a long way. Another asked he was used to it, no, when he did, a nobleman, ever sleep in a place like this. He said oh, he slept a lot, which was not good, oh, how about Charlene. Charlene answered she's pretty used to it now, thank him for her concern. He said hmm, but Ms. Aria said she was going to go out and scout around here, so why she didn't come back, she did meet some kind of monster. Someone said well, which one is the monster... The other giggled. The cheerful colleagues were faintly projected in the flickering light of the campfire. A cheerful, cheerful, and lively appearance... For a moment, a sorrowful light passed through Arin's eyes. The boy shook his head and muttered softly. Arin said still... he does have any regrets. A refreshing voice spread through the air. Arin quietly closed his eyes. And Arin slightly raised his hand. Clang! With a light cracking sound, the surrounding area began to shatter into pieces, like a painting on a piece of glass. Someone said that... Ari... see... mons... that's...... Another said he... did that, but... that... Arin... him...... He said Yuna... don't... say... but...... Another said that... is... inside... his... truth...... The other said but...... It was collapsing. Everything collapsed and sank into a pure white space. In the endless space that stretched out endlessly, without any up, down, or side, Arin began to walk slowly. Suddenly, Arin's footsteps stopped. The corners of Arin's mouth slightly opened. A strange sneer escaped Arin. Arin laughed kekeke...... It was funny. Arin couldn't stand the laughter. Arin slowly sat down on the spot. And Arin lowered his head. The red hair flowed and covered the boy's beautiful face. A sinister voice leaked out from under the long, blood-red curtain. Arin said it looked good... khuhhhh... The corners of the boy's mouth split long and wide. Arin cackled. Arin laughed hahahaha. In this pure white space where nothing existed, only the boy's madness reverberated for a long time. Arin laughed hahahahaha. [46]
